Can people who have no medical complaints benefit from a Contour Bed?
Absolutely! Can I use my current head and footboard with a Contour Bed?
Yes. Most head and footboards sold today can be attached to our beds. We can also attach most old or antique head and footboards.
Is a Contour Bed the same as a hospital bed?
No. A hospital bed raises and lowers the head and foot like a Contour Bed, but that’s where the similarity ends. Hospital beds have thin, plastic mattresses that have a shorter life span than most regular mattresses and are designed to be disposable. A Contour Bed has a custom designed, state-of-the-art, plush mattress made with the highest quality materials to provide comfort and support to the entire body. The technologically advanced base has quiet and smooth motors that raise and lower the head and foot. Our beds also come with optional massage motors to massage and invigorate the body. Are Contour Beds made overseas?
No! We have made a conscious decision to resist the opportunity to ship our production and assembly work to factories overseas. While that may hurt our profit margins, we believe strongly in keeping manufacturing jobs on American soil. We are very proud to be an adjustable bed manufacturer whose beds are made and assembled in the U.S.A., providing jobs to hundreds of hard working Americans.
What happens if I have a problem with my bed?
Once a customer purchases our bed we rarely hear from them again. However, from time to time a customer may have a need for support and it’s our goal to make each customer service experience as pleasant as possible. Customer Service is available in the 48 contiguous states by specially trained service personnel, and almost all service issues can be handled in the customer’s home at the time of the service appointment. The manufacturer of my adjustable bed has gone out of business and I need it repaired. Can you help?
Here at Contour, we have a vision of the future that has everyone in America sleeping on a power bed.
